Winter Gala 2003 will recognize a public servant who has done the most to promote public/private sectors cooperation for economic growth and development in the countries of the Western Hemisphere.

The recipient of this award is Ambassador Ivonne A-Baki of Ecuador. Accordingly, The Council is honoring the "Excellence and Diversity of Leadership" displayed as a woman, as a diplomat, as a polyglot, as a visionary and as an artist.

There will also be a silent auction promoting the best of World Travel its mountains, its beaches, its cuisine, its hotel resorts and its people. We will also feature private tours of museums, embassy dinners and receptions, and other exciting surprises. Click here to register for this event.
