The Excellence in Leadership Award is presented to an individual each January who the Council feels has done the most to promote public/private sector cooperation for business and economic development in the Countries of the Western Hemisphere.

The Award is created from crystal and is a unique individual work of art. It stands 11 inches tall on a laser engraved base.
